Ah, HP, the county seat of Crazyland. Speaking of which, I got an e-mail the other day from the O/P Carnival demanding my missing fic. So I guess that e-mail I sent dropping out fell through the cracks. You know, there's nothing I love more than having to make excuses for not living up to an obligation. Twice.
What is it, three months past the original deadline now? One would think they'd just let it go at this point.
Well, that's not your fault since apparently the coordinator flaked out and someone new took over.
I uploaded my story yesterday after reading it over again. You were right, you can totally tell the exact sentence where I totally drop the plot in favor of just getting the damn thing done.
Well you still did way better than me. I think I started and deleted at least fifteen different beginnings before finally throwing in the towel. I've never admitted fic defeat before. It felt kind of good at the time, but now it's just annoying.

And the kind of shitty part is, I'm quite fond of that story. Maybe someday I'll fix it, but it's OK for now.
