livejournal is fucking with today?

For whatever reason the page layout for LJ isn't loading. Like the blue bar isn't at the top and all the text options are down at the bottom. On both this account on the green cluster and my other account on the santa cluster.

The only problem I'm having with livejournal today is that it isn't entertaining enough to help me avoid writing. It hasn't broken into song or dance yet, but it's loading fine.
