Ru and I woke up early to get to the Farmer's Market by 7:30. It was still a madhouse.

We rushed home to eat quickly, then were off to the apple orchard to pick some apples and raspberries.

Then I came home and cored apples for use in apple-raspberry butter (which is now cooking down on the stove).

Later we will can the fruit butter and prepare to can the banana peppers and dill brussel sprouts tomorrow.
