ETA: So after AVG finished running, I restarted Ru's computer and opened IE to update her virus definitions. Immediately got another virus. Updated definitions and ran again. If this was unsuccessful, will probably have to venture into DOS to delete the Content.IE5 folder, which I should probably do anyway for both of us.
