So one of my go-to easy meals is Progresso Light Southwestern Black Bean
Soup. It's spicy and awesome. When I grocery shopped last, the new Campbells
Select Harvest Light version was on sale so I got that instead. That's the
one that's all, "no MSG here, folks! All natural!"

Here's the thing, though. MSG is delicious.

Yeah, yeah, I know it can cause migraines and other problems in people, but
