Big mistake.

On the agenda for tonight:

make watermelon & pineapple salsa.

finish NCIS flashfic for tomorrow.

Man, that is good shit.

These measurements are pretty much guesses since I don't much measure when I make this.

1/4 of a ginormous watermelon
about 2 C of fresh pineapple
1/3 of a Vidalia onion
1 jalepeno (with about 1/2 the seeds/ribs)
several squirts of lemon juice
a few shakes of tabasco
1/4 t chipotle powder
2T balsamic vinegar.
a big handful of fresh cilantro

If you don't like things that spicy, leave out all the ribs and seed of the jalepeno, or the whole dang thing, and only give a couple shakes of tabasco.

The watermelon is the base of this and I just added the pineapple for fun, but you could also add mango or if you had some good, firm peaches...
