So I'm trying to finalize the production blog for the theater company and PHP is confusing me. I can't, for the life of me, figure out from where it's pulling the page & blog title of 'my weblog' from. Because that is something I'd like to modify, you know?

ETA: So that is in the RSS file, but I can't find an editable version of that anywhere. Why am I so dumb?
