I wish my alarm clock weren't so retarded. It just completely failed to go off this morning so I woke up when I'd normally be stepping out of the shower. Usually this wouldn't be a tragedy; I'd just skip showering (which I hate to do, but will if I have to) and de-pillowfy my hair. The only problem with that plan for this morning is that yesterday I was playing fast and loose with the snooze alarm and ended up not showering. So I washed my hair in the sink.

I hate not showering. Ugh.

You know who makes a good mix tape CD? carolinecrane. I've been listening to her Speed/Tyler CD pretty much constantly since I got it in the mail on Monday.

As I'm sure everlastingwhy will attest. :)

If you couldn't tell, I can get a little obsessive sometimes.

Now, while out of 17 tracks, I was unfamiliar with only two artists (both Canadian, I believe), there were several individual songs by familiar artists I had not heard before. Jack Johnson's Losing Hope is my current favorite, but I'm sure that will change in the coming days.

In other news, the Ru-mate and I are renting movies tonight since we finally got ourselves out of hock with Hollywood Video. I've also been contemplating re-dying my hair since I'm still not 100% sold on the black. I don't know why I didn't just suck it up and get the dark brown in the first place. I'm such a timmay sometimes. That, though, would entail a trip to Target and, while I do love it there, I don't want to walk in for a $10 bottle of dye and walk out with $90 of unrelated merchandise. Damn you, Target!

On the work front, our department had been auditing three states, the biggest of which being Florida. Well, we got word that we'll no longer be review FL cases so now there is literally NOTHING to do. Yet we're still expected to be meeting performance goals. I hate these fuckers.
