I honestly, honestly hope your eye will be ok. I tried contacts for a while and they were irritating. If they do hurt you, sue the company for sending you a defective contact!

(And I did think Canticles is one of the very best Ron/Hermione stories I've ever read. Regardless of politics I know good writing when I see it.)
