Sometimes I wonder...

What the hell the settlers were thinking. I mean, today's temperature is supposed to top out at 0 degrees F. And that's not counting the windchill advisory that's going on.

Blech.

Anyway, I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday, sent me a card, wrote me a story, threw me a party, gave me a present, or bought me dinner. I love you all.

I totally know what you mean. During the summer here in Texas when it's like over 100 degrees I have to wonder what in the hell my ancestors were thinking when they settled here. It's not only hot it's humid as hell. Which makes it twice as bad.

I actually go around the house muttering, "What were they (my ancestors) thinking?"

So I get what you are saying, you know in reverse.
