I just realized how much I'm going to miss ruggerdavey while she's exploring South American islands and being all sciency.

So, while yay! for her trip, boo! for her absence.

I always miss everybody this time of year. I hate the holidays (bah humbug). Very cool and educational but inconveniently timed school trips to tropical areas of the world just extent the ungodly quiet online at this time of year. Not that I'm not happy for anyone who might be going on the trip of a lifetime. Because I am.

I honestly don't know what to say. I feel a little teary even. *cue me blushing and squirming and feeling all touched*

I'm really going to miss you too. I'm going to be gone for three whole weeks, and you'll no longer be there at the touch of a finger tip. It makes me all sad. *sniff*
