I'm such a freaker

So instead of bending Oliver and Percy to my will tonight, I have started photoshopping the Speed AU and also planning out the soundtrack.

Keeping with that freakishness:

1) [livejournal.com profile] carolinecrane did you say you had a code if I wanted to do a NaNoWriMo LJ?
2) For the photoshopping, I need suggestions on who to cast as the late, much lamented David (as I have dubbed him).

On an unrelated note, the Ru-mate made roasted pumpkin seeds tonight. Yummy!

ETA 3) A title! I need to think of a good working title.

1) I said I can get you a code. I'll get on that tomorrow.
2) I'm currently much enamored of the lovely Cillian Murphy (http://i.imdb.com/Photos/HH/0614165/Cilliannew.jpg), but that's just because he was so fantastic in 28 Days Later.

Excellent. Thank you.

Cillian Murphy is very purty but here's the thing. David supposedly died at like 18, right? That dude looks much older.

And, the longer I stare at him, the more of a Tom Welling vibe I get and it's freaking me out. Gah.

There are pictures of him younger which I was far too lazy to look for last night, but if he's reminding you of that freak Welling then step away before you ruin Cillian for yourself forever. Because frankly, he's about a thousand times the actor Welling will ever be, and you might want to watch some of his projects sometime.

I'm really bad at the whole picking out of actors to portray characters thing. I could never be a casting director. There's the kid who played Jack on "So Weird"...Patrick Levis. Or there's Ryan Merriman, he's adorable. But I'm sure you already thought of someone.

I haven't had a chance to think of someone yet, no, but I'll check out those two when I get home.

A Speed AU? Have I held my silence for perhaps too long?

[identity profile] carleton97.livejournal.com 2003-10-22 02:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Mock if you must, but this is a case where I stand firm.

Yes, okay. I think I must mock.

Dude. Is this Speed AU slashy? Because I have to say that I think CSI and CSI:Miami are like, the LEAST slashy shows on television.

Of course it's slashy. Duh. Truly though, Speed slash is practically canon when you consider his tragic high school romance.
