ah, the crazies

So I've got this neighbor. I call him Crazy Old Guy. In the summer, COG only ever sits in his backyard catching some rays. Which is fine, but he's usually clad only in a loincloth type thing and insists on shouting greetings and parking instructions out to everyone on the street. Anyway, COG just wandered by in the middle of the street, carrying a folding chair. Perhaps he's taking his show on the road.
