Good lord, what a Monday.

So I woke up this morning to a dead car and a flat tire. I knew the tire had a leak, and was planning on getting it fixed today at lunch. And, admittedly, I left my lights on last night, but that's no reason for it not to even work with the jump start.

Ouch. That really sucks, my condolences to you, your car, and your wallet. Battery problems suck so much, especially when jumping it doesn't do the trick. We go through more car batteries in my family, you'd think we were mutants or something the way we drain them. And I've only ever left my lights on once in my life. It must just be the bad car karma that does it.

I have got this totaly mind block about turning off my lights. The little dinging indicator doesn't work, so of course I leave them on all the time. But on this battery it's only happened a couple of times. Plus, my alternator is less than a year old. *sigh* And just when I was starting to make an effort to get my life together.
