saaaaave me!

Yet another eternal day and no one is posting to livejournal this morning. Are you trying to kill me?

I feel spewy. I've had a diet coke and a cup of tea with milk today and my stomach definitely doesn't like that. Too much caffeine maybe. I should cut back considering it doesn't even effect me any more.

ah, indigestion

For whatever reason, the english muffin this morning totally didn't agree with me. Perhaps it was more getting up at 6am that didn't agree with me.

I am at the new job right now. It's not bad; the people in my department seem very nice. It is completely frigid in here, though. I swear it's about four degrees. On the plus side, I can bring in a radio so music is in the offing for tomorrow. I just have to find my discman.

When I get home I have to beat kazaa into submission re: all the CSI episodes I'm trying to download. Why is it that the things I want to download are only ever being uploaded by people dialing up at 22.6K? It annoys me when I double click on an episode only to be told the download will be complete in 1700 hours. That's so not cool.

You are no longer 19. Eating chips and guacamole for dinner, then a sausage mcmuffin for breakfast is courting gastro-intestinal disaster.

I remember when I had a cast iron stomach. Seriously, when I was 18 or 19 I could eat any damn thing. Getting old sucks ass.

I hate being sick

At least this time it was just a cold and not the SARS-like bout with bronchitis I had last summer. I'm mostly well now, though.

I've kind of been out of any and all loops the past week thanks to feeling like ass, so I have nothing new to add. Blah.

I hate getting sick.

My throat hurts from my sinuses draining and I'm nauseous from the same. Additionally, the last time I got a summer cold, it morphed into bronchitis which lasted well over a month. Yay for no health insurance.
