Christmas: Round Two

I know the season should be about giving, not receiving yada yada, but The Mom got me 1/2 an iPod!

Meaning she bought me one and I agreed to pay her for 1/2 of it, but that's ok because it is the precious.

Except I now must a) update to Windows XP in a completely illegal fashion and b) verify if I'm using a USB 1.1 or 2.0 connection. I'm afraid it's 1.1 and that will necessitate a trip to the electronics store tomorrow. Poopy.
